Renae Olafson, CEO & Founder
Touching Hearts, Inc.
Renae Olafson has owned, operated and been involved with in-home senior care businesses
since 1996. Her business, management and interpersonal skills are as
strong as her passion for helping the elderly and people with disabilities lead
full and independent lives.
Olafson has innate business sense and savvy, having grown up in the Peterson family,
founders of Merry Maids and ServiceMaster Caring Companions. Prior to her work in
elderly home care, she both owned and operated 2 Merry Maids franchises for nearly
10 years. She knows franchising and dedicates herself to sharing her knowledge and
experience with franchise owners through training and support, which they find key
to their on-going success.
Renae is an entrepreneur who has successfully bought, operated and sold businesses.
She is also a daughter who helped care for her father prior to his death and now
helps care for her mother with the same love and respect that she shows her clients.
She believes that helping people is a privilege and she is grateful for the opportunity
to make her calling her career.
