She\u2019s still there occasionally, picking up PRN shifts to stay sharp and connected to patient care. But today, her impact stretches even further.<\/p>\n<p>As our Vice President of Operations at Touching Hearts at Home, Emily leads with heart and purpose\u2014overseeing the day-to-day operations of more than 150 caregivers and nurses in the field. She also runs our private nursing program, bringing skilled, compassionate care directly into our clients\u2019 homes.<\/p>\n<p>Emily\u2019s strength is in blending clinical excellence with real-world leadership. She knows what it\u2019s like to hold a patient\u2019s hand during a crisis\u2014and she brings that same steady presence to our team every day.<\/p>\n<p>This Nurses Week, we celebrate Emily\u2014and every nurse who leads with courage, compassion, and commitment.
