Driven by deeply rooted family values of care and service, the couple, husband and wife Niseberte and Fougasse bring more than two decades of combined healthcare experience. Niseberte has over 20 years of nursing and healthcare experience across hospitals, long-term care, and home care, while Fougasse has more than 10 years of experience working in hospital settings. Together, they have witnessed firsthand the evolving needs of seniors and their families and the importance of compassionate, dependable support.<\/div>\n
\nTheir professional journey included experience in assisted living care, which provided valuable insight into the daily challenges faced by seniors who require support with activities of daily living. This perspective reinforced the importance of delivering high-quality, individualized care in the comfort and familiarity of home. With this understanding, Niseberte and Fougasse expanded their scope of services by launching a home care agency in partnership with Touching Hearts at Home, a respected leader in non-medical home care.
