About Us

Community Resources

Although we would love to be of assistance to every family in Burlington, WI that comes our way, Touching Hearts knows that it is just not possible. To help those families in need, we have created this list of resources.
These organizations are only a small selection of groups that help people with life-altering illnesses and their loved ones in many ways: via advocacy, information and education, resources, support, financial aid (in the form of grants), and more.
