Jessica Waller – Owner
I have worked as an RN in Virginia for the last 29 years, in a variety of specialties ranging from the ICU to management. I have lived in the Louisa community for 24 years and I feel a deep sense of responsibility for the people in my community. It was this commitment that prompted me to open Touching Hearts at Home 5 years ago in the town of Louisa. Since I was also a veteran, being able to provide service to veterans was very important to me. Our office worked 4 years before we were accepted as a VA provider. Now we readily accept all VA referrals. During my career, I was able to pursue a Masters degree in both Business Administration and Nursing with a focus in case management. Our office staff consists of veterans and those coming from veteran families. Our mission is to serve the members of our area with integrity and dedication.
