Welcome to Touching Hearts at Home Cincinnati. We are proud owners, Scott E. Taylor and Angela Singleton.<\/p>\n

As Cincinnati-based professionals and siblings, we understand firsthand how overwhelming it can be to arrange safe, reliable care for a loved one.
