About Andy McDermott

Andy McDermott is a lifelong entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in business operations and leadership. After decades of building and managing successful ventures, Andy was inspired to make a meaningful impact in a new way—by improving the lives of seniors and their families through compassionate, high-quality care.

His passion for senior care is deeply personal. Having witnessed firsthand how professional caregivers supported his parents and in-laws during times of need, Andy understands the difference that genuine, reliable care can make—not only for clients but for the families who love them.

Outside of work, Andy is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time in nature. Above all, he is a devoted husband and father of four, guided by family values that are at the heart of everything he does.

Becky Musser, Executive Director

Becky Musser brings more than three decades of dedicated experience in senior care and healthcare leadership. She began her career as a caregiver, working in homecare, nursing homes, and hospitals, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. Becky later became a nurse and continued serving in roles across homecare and long-term care, including Nursing Supervisor and Assistant Director of Nursing.

Her commitment to quality care and team development led her into leadership positions, first as Director of Business Development for homecare organizations and most recently as an Executive Director in assisted living and memory care. Throughout her career, Becky has been known for her hands-on approach, strong relationships with families, and unwavering belief that compassionate care begins with truly knowing the people you serve.

Becky also has a personal connection to homecare — she met her husband more than 30 years ago while caring for his parents. Together they’ve built a life centered around family and now have four children. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, reading, hiking, and boating.
