Employee Spotlight - Meet Elora Wilkins

Elora joined Touching Hearts at Home in 2018 as a part-time Office Assistant while pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Since graduating in 2021, she has become a permanent part of our office team as our Recruiter & Office Support Specialist. Elora performs multiple tasks to maintain the daily operations of the office, but is an essential part of our hiring and onboarding process. She also serves as a caregiver when needed. She is dedicated to our company’s success and continuously demonstrates a positive rapport with clients and employees.

When asked why she likes working for Touching Hearts at Home, Elora states:

“I like working at Touching Hearts at Home for many reasons. Our office team provides a family-style environment where we support each other, work well collectively with various situations, and enjoy seeing the positive impact the care we provide has on our clients. I also love my role in bringing new caregivers into the company, which allows me to connect with people in our community. It brings my joy knowing these are the employees servicing our clients to make a positive impact on their daily lives.”

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys attending concerts, reading mystery novels, and journaling.
