One of her main duties is to ensure clients get off to a good start with our care team. She enjoys having client contact by keeping the lines of communication open to maintain a professional relationship at all times, and she loves receiving positive feedback from the families about the care we provide.
Meredith consistently exhibits our core values, especially optimism. Her enthusiasm and cheerful presence is one to model, as she is a bright spot in the daily lives of those she encounters. She is a natural leader, well-rounded and demonstrates confidence in her abilities and expertise.
When asked why she likes working for Touching Hearts at Home, Meredith states:
“I like being a part of a team where everyone is a team player. Everyone is always willing to pitch in and work together. I like to look at every situation positively, no matter how I am feeling, and working here gives me the ability to recognize when changes are needed because we have flexibility to handle whatever challenges life throws at us.”
Meredith is currently working towards becoming a Certified Teepa Snow Independent Positive Approach to Care (PAC) Coach. As a PAC Coach, Meredith will work towards building skills with our care team to better serve our clients. She will be providing support and mentorship to ensure Touching Hearts at Home continues to be one of the best home care agencies in the Dayton area.
In her spare time, Meredith enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. She particularly likes cards and board game nights.
