Employee Spotlight: D’Asia Cheeks

We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on D’Asia Cheeks this month! D’Asia joined our team in October 2024, bringing with her an incredible seven years of home care and family caregiving experience. She recently completed all four Positive Approach to Care Champion courses, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in caregiving.

In the words of one of her clients, “She goes above and beyond what is asked of her. She is gentle and so kind.”

D’Asia exemplifies our core values and mission statement every day through her interactions with clients, peers, and our support team. Her passion for caregiving is evident in everything she does.

When asked why she loves being a care partner, D’Asia shared, “I care about people. I love seeing them being taken care of and happy, especially during this time of their life.”
