October Highlights: Touching Hearts at Home
As the fall season winds down, October has been a busy and productive month for Touching Hearts at Home of South Dayton. We’ve been hard at work elevating our services, gaining valuable insights, and strengthening our commitment to providing top-quality care. Our focus this month has been on education and professional growth, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve when it comes to serving our clients and their families.
Touching Hearts at Home 15th Annual Conference
The highlight of the month was our participation in the 15th Annual Touching Hearts at Home Conference, where we spent an entire week immersed in learning. The conference brought together franchise owners and teams from across the country, offering us the chance to gain new knowledge, explore innovative resources, and sharpen our current skills. We attended workshops led by industry experts, focusing on the latest trends in caregiving, improving communication with clients and their families, and strategies to enhance the overall care experience.
Most importantly, the conference allowed us to reconnect with other Touching Hearts owners. Sharing our experiences, ideas, and challenges with peers is always one of the most rewarding aspects of these events. It helps reinforce the shared mission we all have: to provide exceptional, compassionate care to the seniors and families we serve.
A Huge Congratulations to Our Own Kelly George!
We are thrilled to share the exciting news that our very own Kelly George, owner of Touching Hearts at Home of South Dayton, was awarded the prestigious Renae Peterson Award at the conference! 🎉 This award is an extraordinary honor, as it’s voted on by fellow owners and recognizes individuals who truly embody the mission and values of Touching Hearts at Home, established by our founder, Renae Peterson. Kelly’s dedication to serving her community with compassion, respect, and excellence is second to none, and this award is a testament to her leadership and passion. We couldn’t be prouder! Congratulations, Kelly! 🌟
