Our Current Caregiver Spotlight Recipient is: Sharon Aulds

Sharon has been a part of the Touching Hearts at Home Family since November of 2014, and is our longest tenured caregiver. She is dedicated to working hard and helping her clients. Sharon RARELY turns down our requests for working additional (or longer) shifts and consistently puts her whole heart into her job. Sharon is proficient in so many areas of caregiving, but most notably is her ability to connect with clients on a level that enriches their life. Sharon has many years of experience and a willingness to share her experience by helping other caregivers on our team with on-the-job learning. She is always eager to assist with new clients and challenging situations. Since 2016, Sharon has cared for over 30 Touching Hearts at Home clients and has provided more than 8,000 hours of care. She pays attention to detail, engages her clients and their families in enjoyable conversation, takes initiative to find solutions, and continuously shows her clients she cares about them as individuals. Sharon is an invaluable member of our team and we are so fortunate she chooses to be part of Touching Hearts at Home!
