As we begin the new year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the beautiful moments and milestones that made December so special for our Touching Hearts at Home family. December was a month full of warmth, connection, and meaningful moments that we’ll cherish as we move forward into 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

Introducing Our New Death Doula Services\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

\"Marie<\/p>\n

We are proud to have launched our\u00a0<\/span>Death Doula Services<\/b>\u00a0in December, provided by our certified\u00a0<\/span>Death Doula, Marie Stanfill<\/b>, who is certified by the International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA). This new service is designed to help individuals and families navigate the end-of-life journey with dignity, compassion, and care.<\/span><\/p>\n

A\u00a0<\/span>Death Doula<\/b>\u00a0is a non-medical professional who provides emotional, spiritual, and practical support to families during this sacred time. Whether it\u2019s providing guidance through the end-of-life planning process, offering emotional support, or simply being a calming presence, our Death Doula ensures that families are supported every step of the way.<\/span><\/p>\n

She will be taking over the scheduling coordinator role from\u00a0<\/span>Ashley<\/b>, who is now focusing fully on our Champion course training and Client Engagement.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Alicia is a proud “Kentucky girl” and has a passion for making a difference in people\u2019s lives, one person at a time. Her favorite quote is, “Change doesn’t make you like yourself, but liking yourself will make you change.” We are confident Alicia’s expertise and compassionate nature will make her a perfect fit for our team!<\/span><\/p>\n

Samantha comes to us with 20 years of experience in hospice, community care, independent living, and program management. She will be working closely with\u00a0<\/span>Sam Estrada<\/b>\u00a0to provide the best care possible for our clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Samantha embodies a perfect blend of compassion, skill, and dedication, and we couldn\u2019t be more thrilled to have her as part of our team. Her core value is\u00a0<\/span>Humility<\/b>, and she enjoys taking care of people both in her professional role and at home. We know she will be a tremendous asset to our team and the families we serve.<\/span><\/p>\n

    As we step into 2025, my heart is full of gratitude for the wonderful caregivers, clients, and families that are a part of our Touching Hearts at Home community. The past year has been filled with special moments, and I feel privileged to have witnessed the connections made and the lives touched by our services.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The holiday season is a time to reflect on what matters most\u2014love, kindness, and family. I want to personally thank you for entrusting us with the care of your loved ones.
