I use an electric wheelchair and need assistance with most activities of daily life. Diane Ferry has been a caregiver for me for over two years. SHe is a very positive caring person. She goes far beyond what my physical needs are. Anecdotally my wheelchair sometimes hits the house walls, marking them. Diane saw this and without being asked brought in a special product and got on her hands and knees to remove the marks. There are multiple examples of her seeing what needs to be done and doing it, whether or not it falls in what would be considered normal duties for a caregiver.
