With his increasing limited mobility and cognitive decline, they have been there every step of the way to make sure he is safe and cared for.  John has been wonderful with placement of caregivers.   We knew we needed someone that could engage our father in conversation, would play generational music, be respectful of his independence but gently fill the gaps needed for personal care, nutrition, and medication.  Dad was not in agreement that he needed this care, but now looks forward to the daily visits. We had care for our parent three days as week at first and then gradually more days and more hours as time went on. The care was compassionate and loving. We got regular communication that let us know our loved one was in good hands.
