Ordering a protein like a steak or a chicken breast with steamed vegetables and rice is a great way for seniors to get a healthy and delicious meal. They can ask the restaurant to divide the meal into two containers so that they can get two healthy dinners out of one meal as well.
It’s a smart idea for seniors who are ordering take out or delivery meals to stock up on some extra side salads and soups when they order. Then they have several meals worth of healthy lunch options like soup and salad as well as a main course.
