We only hire Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) and Home Health Aides (HHA’s), each with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience and vetted beyond the State of Florida’s requirements. Our CareTeam doesn’t just meet expectations— we exceed them, bringing passion and joy to our work, which is evident in the exceptional care we provide.

We hire, train, and manage our own employees, ensuring consistency and trust in our services. We are NOT a registry and we do NOT work with independent contractors.

Touching Hearts at Home specializes in providing exceptional care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Beyond meeting the State of Florida’s stringent requirements for Alzheimer’s training, our caregivers are distinguished by their ALZ STARS certification from the Alzheimer’s Association. This advanced training program equips our team with specialized skills and knowledge to deliver compassionate, tailored support to clients with memory care needs. Our commitment to excellence ensures that every caregiver is prepared to handle the unique challenges associated with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, offering peace of mind to families and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. In addition, our team receives various on-going training and educational sessions with dementia experts such as Teepa Snow, and other recognized dementia trainers and nurses.
We Specialize in Parkinson’s Care
At Touching Hearts at Home, we take pride in our specialized care for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Our commitment goes beyond basic care standards, as all our caregivers undergo specialized training through the Parkinson’s Foundation CarePartner Training Program. This comprehensive program equips our team with additional in-depth knowledge and practical skills to address the unique challenges faced by those living with Parkinson’s. By integrating advanced techniques and compassionate support, we ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care, promoting their well-being and enhancing their daily lives.
Courses within the Parkinson’s Foundation Care Partner Program feature clinical experts such as movement disorders neurologists, social workers, psychologists, counselors, rehabilitation therapists and more. Additionally, these courses feature experts in the lived experience of Parkinson’s – Parkinson’s disease care partners.
