A Message From Our Chief Executive Officer & Owner, Ruben Ramos:
As always, Touching Hearts at Home is committed to the safety of every individual client, caregiver, and staff member. During these unprecedented times, we are thankful that Touching Hearts at Home has been able to continue serving seniors within our community. We are also very blessed that during these trying times when many have lost their jobs, that we continue to hire the top CNA’s and HHA’s to meet the needs of our current clients and new clients.
Our team has taken every safety precaution nessecary to ensure that our clients, caregivers and staff remain healthy and are as safe as possible as we continue to monitor and implement updates from the CDC and State Department of Health protocol.
We want to say thank you to our clients for trusting us to care for and serve them around-the-clock 365 days a year. We’d also like to thank our exceptional cargivers and staff for rising to the occassion and continuing to provide the best care in North Central Florida — even during a global pandemic. Their compassion, hard work, dedication and commitment to their jobs and the families that they serve is commendable, and we are so blessed to have such an outstanding team.
