Supporting Independence While Managing Alzheimer’s at Home
Alzheimer’s care at home supports independence, safety, and routine while helping families manage daily challenges with confidence.
Through the month of November, Touching Hearts at Home will collect non-perishable foods, canned goods, and also toiletries to donate to Shands ElderCare’s Food Pantry to assist struggling seniors with basic needs. The pantry accepts donations of canned goods, as well as personal items (paper towels, toilet paper, toothpaste).
Please contact Christina Ramos (C.Ramos@TouchingHearts.com) to schedule a courtesy pick-up or feel free to drop off donations at Touching Hearts at Home’s Gainesville Office (4051 NW 43rd Street, Suite 37 Gainesville, FL 32606) during business hours. Touching Hearts at Home will also host a Drive-Thru Canned Good Drive at their Gainesville Office on Wednesday, November 18 from 4pm-7pm. Food trucks will be available for the entire family to enjoy!
