In addition, we want to recognize and say thank you to the top \u201cHospital Hero.\u201d If you would like to nominate a hospital employee, please submit their name, title, hospital, business contact information (phone, email address) and tell us why they are the top \u201cHospital Hero\u201d in a short video (1-3 minutes long). Email your video and application information to <strong><em>C.Ramos@TouchingHearts.com<\/em><\/strong>.
