Our exceptional CareTeam will wear red in honor of the seniors and adults that we serve who suffer from heart disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Post your picture wearing red on National Wear Red Day and tag &#8220;<strong><em>Touching Hearts at Home Gainesville<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; on social media so we can donate to the American Heart Association in your honor.
