If you\u2019re more tired than you\u2019ve ever been and it\u2019s consistent even after you\u2019ve gotten solid rest, you might be dealing with fatigue. You can start to track how you\u2019re feeling over the course of a few days to get a better look at how you\u2019re realistically feeling. Look at Contributing Factors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This can be happening because you\u2019re just not getting the rest that you need. Once you\u2019re aware of how you\u2019re feeling, you can start to take steps to change what you\u2019re doing. But if you\u2019re getting regular rest and you\u2019re still feeling run down and low on energy, it\u2019s time to look at other factors. You could be dealing with a health issue that you haven\u2019t known about or there could be something else going on.
