Brandon has worked in the service industry since 2000. He oversees the daily operations of the business and sets the tone for a great team culture. Jodi joined Touching Hearts in January of 2020, coming to us from the non-profit sector where she founded a community based educational organization serving as Executive Director for over 15 years. She is passionate about senior engagement, community outreach, and supporting clients and their families as they navigate aging in place. Jodi is a Trauma Care Facilitator, Community Counselor & offers Chicken Therapy!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Cheryl Szczytko (Citgo), Director of Business Development<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n

My career spans more than 30 years in the healthcare field, including experience in Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation as a Marketing Director, Assisted Living Administration, Independent Living, and Home Care for Seniors. Most recently, I served as the Chief Marketing Officer for a community resource organization, Innovare HP. I am also honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Grand Rapids chapter of the Alzheimer\u2019s Association.<\/p>\n

I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and am the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy long walks and hiking with my dog, Gracie Lynn, as well as traveling\u2014just ask me about my trip to the Philippines this past April! It was an incredible adventure and an opportunity to learn about different cultures.<\/p>\n

My passion has always been serving seniors and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support as they seek housing and resources within their communities.
