Thomas L. Leeds brings ethical rigor and judicial excellence to his leadership of Touching Hearts at Home. A graduate of Northwestern University and Santa Clara University School of Law, Tom founded his agency upon a “judicial-grade” standard of service and integrity.

During his 22-year tenure as a Judicial Officer for the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court, Tom presided over sensitive family matters involving protective custody and neglect. This experience honed a “Judge’s eye” for detail—a level of discernment he now applies to the vetting of caregivers and the curated matching of staff to his clients’ specific needs.

This rare combination of legal precision and empathetic leadership allows Tom to offer more than just home care; he offers stewardship of the home.
