A graduate of Northwestern University and Santa Clara University School of Law, Tom founded his agency upon a “judicial-grade” standard of service and integrity.<\/span><\/p>\n

During his 22-year tenure as a <\/span>Judicial Officer for the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court<\/b>, Tom presided over sensitive family matters involving protective custody and neglect. This experience honed a “Judge\u2019s eye” for detail\u2014a level of discernment he now applies to the vetting of caregivers and the curated matching of staff to his clients’ specific needs.<\/span><\/p>\n
