About Us
Burlington, Wisconsin
At Touching Hearts we put the “HEART” back into home care. We know that each of us age in different ways and we each have unique personalities and needs. We want to help seniors and people with disabilities not only remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible, but to do so while maintaining their quality of life. We do this by providing assistance with daily living activities, personal care services, homemaking services, and most importantly companionship.
Touching Hearts of Burlington is locally owned and operated by Chad and April Sutkay. Chad and April combine their love of people and their passion for person-centered care with the resources of a national company that has been providing non-medical companionship, caregiving, and homemaking services to seniors, adults with disabilities, and families battling illness since 1996.
“We know first-hand what it takes to care for a family member who is no longer able to care for themselves. After caring for April’s father in our home on and off for several years we experienced first hand the joys and also the difficulties of providing care for a loved one on a daily basis. We want to use that knowledge and understanding to best offer help and support to other families.
We are committed to providing the best possible care to our clients. One way we do this is with our caregiver training program which never stops. We provide ongoing training to meet the needs of our clients. We know first hand no two people are alike and so we look to create a unique care plan for each client and their individual needs, along with matching them with the caregiver that can best meet those needs. Anyone can show up and provide care but we want our clients to have an experience they can’t help but tell others about! Our mission is not to be the biggest, it is to provide the best care possible.”
Chad and April have lived in Southeastern Wisconsin all of their adult life and are extremely excited to serve new friends in Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth counties.
