Touching Hearts’ 24\/7 live-in caregiver services provides individualized care by one primary caregiver, ensuring peace of mind, familiarity, consistency, seamless communication, and enhanced safety for our clients and their families.<\/p>\n

We can offer short-term, long term\/permanent, respite, and end of life 24\/7 options. Included with our live-in care service is a Touching Hearts personalized care coordinator, who visits regularly, supports the client and family members, helps identify and coordinate care needs, creates a care plan that evolves as needs change, and can help provide resources, problem solving and advocacy.<\/p>\n

With over 13 years of reliable live-in care services, we are a trusted caregiver resource for area families. We offer both male and female live-in caregivers who are trained in dementia, hospice, medical equipment use and safety. Our caregiving staff is fully screened, vetted, and evaluated for attitude, competency, and communication. Offering caring support to adults and seniors in single family homes, apartments and senior communities, we have trusted partnerships with area hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, hospice agencies and senior placement specialists, working together to keep our clients healthy and safe. Touching Hearts has the ability to support more complex medical cases at home with nurse care management oversight.<\/p>\n

In 2023, Touching Hearts had over 84,000 hours of live-in care with nearly 100% coverage. We accept most long-term care insurances, and our private pay rates are discounted approximately 30% off our hourly rates. Our rates are based on one client, however couples rates are also available.<\/p>\n

Our 24\/7 live-in caregiving coverage area includes: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Sheboygan, Dodge, and Jefferson counties.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
