Sandy Gogulski was recently promoted from Care Coordinator to Office Manager. A promotion that is well deserved. Sandy has been with Touching Hearts at Home since November 2018. She joined Touching Hearts as the Care Coordinator. As Care Coordinator, Sandy was responsible for the Onboarding of Caregivers, Compliance and other administrative duties.
Sandy has been a part of Touching Hearts at Home’s long term strategy from day one. Sandy and Haley worked together at Kaplan College for over 10 years. Throughout her time at Kaplan, Sandy was promoted multiple times and held positions ranging from Front Desk, to Registrar, to Career Services, to Campus Administrator. Sandy’s attention to detail, compassion, and drive are what led owners, Bryan & Haley Johnson to bring her on board. Owner Bryan Johnson said, “Sandy is one of those ‘catch all’ players that can pitch in anywhere. Not only is she smart, she is good at what she does and always goes above an beyond. I trust that Sandy will lead with integrity and always have the best interest of our Clients and Caregivers at heart.”
As Office Manager, Sandy is responsible for managing our Care Coordinator and Scheduler and is indirectly responsible for the hiring, training, and management of over 80 Caregivers. Additionally, she works hard to ensure that the office remains in compliance with state requirements and has been instrumental in developing the standard operating procedures that set Touching Hearts at Home apart. Sandy plays an instrumental role in the day to day business of Touching Hearts at Home and takes great pride in serving our Clients and Caregivers well.
