With news of the Coronoavirus spreading, Touching Hearts at Home is taking every precaution. Client and Caregiver safety is our number one priority! Caregivers have participated in additional infectious disease training classes and taken courses specific to COVID-19. Education and Communication are key to ensuring everyones safety.
The Office staff is working remotely for the short term. They are conducting zoom interviews and leading virtual trainings to ensure that we stay ahead of any staffing needs. Owner, Haley Johnson, said, “I am so proud of how quickly the team was able to pivot to online trainings so that we could continue to educate our caregivers and thus, serve our seniors.
