I want to take a moment to thank you both for all the wonderful service Touching Hearts has given my mother and family since last July. It has taken a monumental amount of stress off my family knowing that someone was always there to watch over mom. I’m sure scheduling constant around the clock care can be challenging – and you never let us down. I would also like to take a moment to give an extra big thanks to Linda, Karen, Anaesthsia, Portia, and Rhonda. Haley and Bryan are two of the most compassionate individuals you will ever meet and take pride in their employees and company. I can never thank you enough for all you and your caregivers did for my Meemaw and my family. You all went above and beyond for all of us. You will forever be a part of our family. Everyone of you went above and beyond. Y’all treated my Meemaw the way she should have been treated. She wasn’t just a “patient” to any of you. She was someone special to y’all. That’s exactly how it should be. She talked about how good the girls were and how thankful she was that I knew someone that I trusted to call on when we needed help. THANK YOU for coming to our rescue yesterday. Your Caregiver was a complete delight! She was a jewel. She was fast and efficient and assertive. She saw a job that needed doing and did it. Although I did ask for a number of tasks to be completed, she did not stop there. She continued to pick up, clean up, straighten up as she thought was necessary. Sadly, I had put off my Christmas Cookie Baking until yesterday. When our private Caregiver called in sick, I thought, oh no! There goes my baking day! But she stepped right in, changed sheets, did laundry, mopped floors while I measured and stirred. She then tided up the kitchen as soon as I dirtied a bowl or counter or cookie sheet. TEAM WORK! She did all that WHILE keeping an eye on my in-laws. I was definitely impressed. Once again, many thanks for being so quick to come to our aid. You folks are great!

I wanted to send a special note to say thank you to all the Caregivers that stayed with my sweet mother. They were all so kind and loving, as well as being helpful and meeting her needs. Touching Hearts sent angels to be with my mother during the most difficult time of her life. She was blessed to have been surrounded by such love and tenderness. Touching Hearts at Home is the best place to find care for your loved ones. They take the time to find the perfect caregiver-client match by communicating with clients and caregivers often. Caregivers are trained and spoken with about client’s needs before going to a client’s home, and they are encouraged to call the office if anything has changed. Bryan and Haley have made it their mission to make everyone who crosses their path to feel loved, and they are the reason Touching Hearts is so successful. I can’t imagine working with anyone else. Their recent Best of Brentwood award solidified my belief that they truly are the best home care agency in Middle TN.

Haley and Brian are AMAZING!! Great place to work. 10/10 would definitely recommend! The staff is always there when you need them and the pay is great. The offer different incentives too. I’ve been a licensed Nurse Asst. For almost 3 yrs. But I’ve been a caregiver for 35 yrs. Before that, I’ve worked at Banks, retail stores, restaurants, quality control supervisor and I’ve worked in pharmacies. With this experience I can tell the difference between a good company and ones that fall very short from reaching that goal. Bryan & Touching Hearts team, I just wanted to reach out and tell you how much you are appreciated for everything that you did for and with the Barco’s. I know so much of what you did was ‘unseen”, but it was all done from a heart of truly caring for their welfare and giving them the best quality of life that they could have under the circumstances. It was a unique situation and your team handled it so well…..from the front office staff, to the nurses, to the partnership with hospice, and the daily/nightly Caregivers. I was moved at how much they were genuinely loved and intentionally cared for even with all the challenges they presented. It certainly got off to a rough start, but you set respectful boundaries, and worked your way into their hearts as a voice they could trust and count on. You were more than just a service provider-you were companions during their lonely times, advocates when they needed to be protected, and friends that actively loved them for who they were…even when their rough edges showed through! Thank you for showing up consistently on a daily and nightly basis, even when it was difficult or in the face of your own personal challenges. Thank you for going above and beyond and caring for them in unexpected ways. Most of all, thank you for loving and honoring them well.

Found my home/job I’ve worked for company’s for over the last 10 years now. This company goes over and beyond to take care of they’re caregivers & Clients ! There always calling to check on us, to be sure we’re doing ok with a client and if we need anything as well!! The love they show for us and the clients is a blessing!! Just a brief note of thanks for the beautiful flowers and kind words after Jani’s passing. Michelle, Marlene, and Jasmyn were all so caring and well trained. We felt they were in such good hands.
