Caregivers are Heroes! Thank You!

A wise person once said, “Kindness is love with workboots on.” This is so true! For the past month, our nation has faced unprecedented challenges due to the Coronavirus. Activities that we often took for granted have grinded to a halt and families are learning a new “normal”. Through it all, our Caregivers have remained strong. As members of the essential workforce, our Caregivers have been showing up to work every day to ensure that our seniors are kept safe during this challenging time.

There has never been any doubt that it takes a special person to be a Caregiver. Yet the way our team has rallied together during this time has blown me away. Our Office crew quickly pivoted to move things online in order to comply with social distancing and our Caregivers have continued to provide care during a time of uncertainty and fear. They recognize that the safest place for our elders right now is at home and they are committed to keeping them safe. Their experience shines in a time like this. However, it is their heart that makes a lasting impression.
