Lashanda Newsome has a bright, positive attitude with her clients and with the Touching Hearts staff. She’s a quick and efficient communicator. She is flexible and often drops what she’s doing to help her clients when needed.
Early on she had some challenges with transportation but told us “I’m not going to let you down” and figured out a way to get to work. Her commitment and dedication to her clients is greater than any challenge she may face. Additionally, she has been able to create a bond with our high risk clients and acts as an advocate for them to ensure they receive the best care possible.
We are proud to recognize Lashanda as our January Caregiver of the Month. Keep up the great work Lashonda!
