Our Caregivers are on a Mission

Over 40 Caregivers for Touching Hearts at Home of Middle Tennessee attended the Quarterly Caregiver meeting yesterday to learn more about how to better serve our seniors and hear more about the vision owners Bryan & Haley Johnson have for Touching Hearts at Home. Touching Hearts at Home wants to be the premier provider of Home Care throughout Middle Tennessee. This can only be accomplished by having dedicated, compassionate, and knowledgeable Caregivers on the front lines each day.

Owner, Haley Johnson, says, “Our Caregivers are the face of our business. They represent who we are and determine how successful we will be in this industry. We held our first Quarterly Caregiver meeting yesterday to share our vision with our Caregivers and set goals for how we will accomplish our vision. Knowledge is power and we want our Caregivers to be well trained, well educated, and behind our mission. We could not be more excited about where we are headed and it is great to know we have a dedicated team that shares the same vision.” Touching Hearts at Home is raising the bar for Home Care in Middle Tennessee.
