Here at Touching Hearts we LOVE learning! We have a wealth of resources for additional training for our Caregivers and Office Staff from virtual to hands-on lessons.
Kaitlyn (Office Manager) and Katrina (Scheduler) recently completed an online training with our partners at Home Care Pulse and will be enrolling in the Scheduler Success Series to further their knowledge of how to best serve our Caregivers and Clients.
Our Caregivers also have an opportunity to advance within our Aspiring Hearts program which includes 12 additional hours of training within Care Academy and an on-site skills check with our Lead Caregivers.
We take pride in learning and growing together!
