Touching Hearts at Home received two key awards yesterday. They received both the Home Care Provider of Choice and the Home Care Employer of Choice awards making them the only Home Care Agency in Middle Tennessee to receive both awards in 2021. This is the second year in a row that Touching Hearts at Home has received these awards. Given Touching Hearts at Home has only been in business two and half years, this accomplishment speaks volumes to the level of care and compassion that their care team has.
The Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice award is based on client satisfaction ratings collected from telephone interviews performed by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm. Recipients of this award are best-in-class for providing quality care to their clients. This recognition assures that the agency is trustworthy and has proven their ability to provide outstanding in-home care services.
The Best of Home Care – Employer of Choice award is based on caregiver satisfaction ratings. Agencies that have earned this award are best-in-class for caregiver satisfaction. When families choose an “Employer of Choice,” they can have confidence that their caregivers are well trained and exhibit a love for the elderly.
Given these awards are based off client and caregiver satisfaction ratings, Touching Hearts at Home has proven that they deliver a high level of quality, professionalism, and expertise in home care.
