Touching Hearts at Home celebrated 2 years this week! Over the past two years, Touching Hearts has provided over 129,000 hours of care throughout Middle Tennessee.
Owner, Haley Johnson, said, “Bryan and I got into the home care industry with the goal of becoming the premier provider of Home Care throughout Middle Tennessee. We still have much to learn, but we are proud of how far we have come in such a short time. It truly is an honor to be in the business of helping others and to have the opportunity to learn from the greatest generation on earth. There are so many moving parts to managing a Home Care business and I am grateful that Bryan and I are in this together and that we have the support of our Office team and Caregivers.”
Over the last two years, Touching Hearts has added several new positions to ensure Client and Caregiver satisfaction.
Office Manager, Sandy Gogulski
Scheduling Coordinator, Kaitlyn Defoe
Scheduling Coordinator, Katrian Weems
Recruiter/Trainer: Kelly Mayo
LPN/Community Relations Director: Michelle Spangler
Care Coordinator Specialist: Angie Nickens
At this time, Touching Hearts has almost 100 Caregivers available to service those in need. Owner, Bryan Johnson, says, “We are so proud of our team. I truly feel like it is what sets us apart. We have an office staff that is truly invested in our success and that leads with the heart and we have Caregivers that take great pride in what they do.”
Touching Hearts was recently recognized as the “Home Care Provider of Choice” and the “Home Care Employer of Choice”. Both awards are a direct reflection of the fact that Touching Hearts leads with compassion. A favorite quote around the office is, “Lead with the heart and the outcomes will come”. There is no shortage of heart with this team!
