Touching Hearts at Home took the mobile “Snack Shack” on the road today to honor the nurses and other healthcare professionals that work in local facilities. Owner, Bryan Johnson, said, “Nurses are true heroes. They work hard every day, but their workload has increased significantly due to COVID-19 as they are working overtime to keep everyone safe. They really do a great job and we appreciate the work they do!”

Nurses and other healthcare professionals were invited to visit the “Snack Shack” outside the facility for a sweet treat or healthy snack as a way to say “thank you” for leading the way. Bryan will be taking the “Snack Shack” on the road again tomorrow to spread the love at some other local facilities. If you’d like to recommend a facility for us to visit, please email us at haleyjohnson@touchinghearts.com.
Happy Nurses Week to all the nurses out there! You are a blessing to many!
