I know so much of what you did was ‘unseen”, but it was all done from a heart of truly caring for their welfare and giving them the best quality of life that they could have under the circumstances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a unique situation and your team handled it so well\u2026..from the front office staff, to the nurses, to the partnership with hospice, and the daily\/nightly Caregivers. I was moved at how much they were genuinely loved and intentionally cared for even with all the challenges they presented. It certainly got off to a rough start, but you set respectful boundaries, and worked your way into their hearts as a voice they could trust and count on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You were more than just a service provider-you were companions during their lonely times, advocates when they needed to be protected, and friends that actively loved them for who they were\u2026even when their rough edges showed through! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for showing up consistently on a daily and nightly basis, even when it was difficult or in the face of your own personal challenges.
