The Aspiring Hearts program is designed to give Caregivers the opportunity for advancement.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_356\" style=\"width: 235px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-356\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-356\" src=\"http:\/\/touchinghearts.com\/blog\/middletn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/touch3-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"Elderly Care Brentwood TN - Aspiring Hearts Program Paves the Way for Growth &amp; Development\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-356\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Elderly Care Brentwood TN &#8211; Aspiring Hearts Program Paves the Way for Growth &amp; Development<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Entry level Caregivers start out as a Level 1 Caregiver. <strong><em>Level 1<\/em><\/strong> Caregivers assist with Homemaker Services, Meal Preparation, and Medication Reminders. <em><strong>Level 2<\/strong><\/em> Caregivers assist with those things in addition to Bathing &amp; Grooming, Incontinence Care, Memory Care, and Hospice Care. <em><strong>Premier Caregivers<\/strong> <\/em>do all of those things, but also provide transportation services and can handle a Gait Belt\/Hoyer Lift. The <em><strong>Lead Caregiver<\/strong><\/em> is an elite role that is qualified all of those things, but also assists with new Caregiver training &amp; development.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Kristie Baker<\/strong><\/em> is our first Lead Caregiver. Kristie has over 15 years of experience in the industry. She has a heart for the elderly and is committed to helping Touching Hearts at Home develop an all star team of Caregivers.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Congratulations on your promotion Kristie!
