Julie Berlin, Community Relations Director<\/strong><\/em>, joined Touching Hearts at Home<\/strong><\/em><\/a> in May of 2022. It was clear within her first couple of weeks at Touching Hearts that she has quite the network of people within home care which she has created through her passion for providing quality care for seniors. She brought to the team a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of home care including recruitment, scheduling, admissions, and marketing. Touching Hearts is elated to have her on the team!<\/p>\n

Tell us about yourself:<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

\u201cI live in Murfreesboro with my husband and our youngest 16-year-old daughter. I am a proud mother of 5 children and Mimi of 8 grandkids. My husband and I love primitive camping and kayaking to enjoy nature.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

How long have you worked in Home Care?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

\u201cI started my career in the medical field as a Recruitment Support Manager for a nationwide company that staffed for hospitals all over the United States. I then worked for a large insurance company and realized how much I could help seniors. I have worked for (2) other home care companies over the last 7 years learning all I could about the business and how I could help guide someone with all the questions that may arise from caring for a loved one to unexpected need for daily assistance. I joined Touching Hearts in May 2022 as their Community Relations Director.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

What do you love about Home Care?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u201cI learn so much for each and every client every day My blessings come from the smile on their face and seeing them age at home.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cOur caregivers show so much compassion to each client that I have visited. You can always teach skills but what’s inside each of them is a gift.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
