Kelly joined Touching Heart\u2019s Care Team<\/strong><\/em> in September of 2021 as a Lead Caregiver, and celebrates her one year anniversary next month!<\/p>\n

Companion Care at Home Brentwood TN – Caregiver of the Month: August 2022<\/p><\/div>\n

A Lead Caregiver does not have a permanent client but instead provides backup support to the schedule by jumping in to help with open shifts and new clients. A Lead Caregiver is a caregiver who demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities on a day-to-day basis. Lead Caregivers are able to provide \u201chands-on\u201d care for clients that need assistance with everything from basic companionship\/homemaker services to personal care\/hospice. Kelly continues to exceed expectations in her role and spreads joy to every client she visits!<\/p>\n

Not only is Kelly an outstanding Caregiver, but she is also one of Touching Heart\u2019s biggest cheerleaders! For our spirit day in April, Kelly made purple and white pompoms to share with everyone and was decked out in purple with pride! The next month she participated in the Williamson County 2022 Walk to Make Alzheimer\u2019s a Memory hosted by Alzheimer\u2019s Tennessee to help set up and host the snack table!<\/p>\n
