Each day she reviews the schedule and provides the best matches between clients and caregivers. She manages overtime while also providing caregivers their desired hours. Katrina is our customer service queen and can handle anything thrown her way!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Recently Katrina also began taking new client intake calls.
