Fundraising for the Alzheimer&#8217;s Association allows me to get involved and help fight against such a dark disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Longest Day is the day of the year with the most light \u2014 the summer solstice. And it&#8217;s the day I have committed to fight Alzheimer&#8217;s disease! I\u2019m participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event, to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer&#8217;s Association. This Spring I plan to host a cookout fundraiser in support of The Longest Day.
