A professional Caregiver will help tend to the living space of the clients they care for. For example, making certain fresh linens and towels are clean and changed routinely.
Meal Preparation
Meal planning and cooking becomes a highlight in the day for our clients when a professional Caregiver prepares a favorite recipe or dining experience. We are also happy to share a meal at a favorite restaurant.
Touching Hearts has opened a whole new world for me. Several months ago I was diagnosed with an illness that caused me to lose the sight in my right eye. Therefore, I cannot drive or completely function on my own. Touching Hearts stepped in and I now have a companion for a few days a week. Kristy is warm, flexible, always on time, helpful in every task and great company. All at Touching Hearts are very concerned about my welfare. I feel fortunate to have an association with their caring company.
Angela is the best companion anyone could ask for. She knows what I need and I don’t even have to ask her for help. She just does it. She is simply delightful.
I am extremely pleased with the Touching Hearts Organization. Both Lorraine and Mary have been intuitive concerning the caregivers that are in our home weekly. Nadine , Cathleen and Pam are very competent. They are also very thoughtful, interesting and compassionate. Our experience with everyone we have come in contact with has been very positive.
Ronnie was truly phenomenal! She went way beyond the call of duty in helping Joyce get the medical attention she needed, while also taking care of Kia and me. You should be very proud to have her as an employee.

Amy is wonderful. She is kind, patient and compassionate. She is always on time and so reliable. We absolutely love her.
Janet has done a great job taking care of my mother who is 90 years old. She looks after her, making sure she is taking her medications and keeping active by taking her for walks (my mom is unstable and needs help), taking her to her singing group or the hairdresser. These activities keep my mom happy and allow her to remain in her home. And Janet does all this with a very positive attitude.
Touching Hearts business has been such a welcome success to our lives. This is our first time hiring an organization to spend time with Mom. She looks forward to their visits, conversations and little excursions outside of the home. I am so grateful for how warm and caring they have been with Mom.
Amy and I have become friends. Amy helps me accomplish things that I could never do on my own. Plus, I trust her and we have built a relationship.
Janet has been great because mom is very comfortable with her and enjoys her company. She has really allowed the family some relief by not having to be there on that day.

I want to commend both Pam and Nadine for their kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness helping me with recovery from my open heart surgery. The Cardiac Rehab at Morristown Medical Center was so impressed with the girls that the nurses asked for business cards to give to patients like me. My mother loves Alicia! She truly enjoys her company and when I told her she will be spending every Monday and Tuesday with Alicia she was very happy. I think this is going to be great for my mom. I want her to be able to look forward to something each week.
At first, I didn’t want someone coming to my house everyday, but now I can’t imagine my life without Lena. I love spending my days with her. I feel like an angel fell from heaven into my life!
