One of Maggie\u2019s most treasured memories comes from time spent in the kitchen with a client who has since passed away. Together, they\u2019d cook her favorite Jewish dishes \u2014 recipes Maggie still makes to this day.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEven though she\u2019s been gone for nearly four years,\u201d<\/em> Maggie shares, \u201cI feel her in the kitchen with me every time I cook those meals. It\u2019s like her legacy lives on in those little moments.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

That simple act \u2014 cooking side by side \u2014 became more than routine. It became a bond built on trust, joy, and cultural connection.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHave patience. Understand they\u2019re scared \u2014 most of the time, they just need to feel safe.\u201d<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n
