Lance Rodgers is the Owner and Administrator of Touching Hearts at Home Southern Dallas. With more than 26 years of executive leadership experience, Lance brings structure, integrity, and accountability to non-medical home care in Ellis County and the surrounding communities.<\/p>\n

As a U.S. Navy Veteran, Lance understands the meaning of service, discipline, and commitment. His passion for senior care is personal. After witnessing a parent in need of home care services and experiencing limited and inconsistent quality firsthand, Lance knew families deserved better. Families deserve reliable care, clear communication, and higher standards.<\/p>\n

That experience drives his mission.<\/p>\n

Lance founded Touching Hearts at Home Southern Dallas to provide dependable, relationship-centered in-home care that families can trust. His goal is to ensure families feel supported, informed, and confident that their loved one is receiving consistent, professional care in the comfort of home.<\/p>\n

Under Lance\u2019s leadership, the agency maintains rigorous caregiver screening, ongoing training, and strong accountability standards. His philosophy is simple. Care should feel personal, consistent, and professional.<\/p>\n
