About Us

Chris Greene, Owner & CEO

Chris Greene, a Denver native and University of Colorado Boulder alumnus, is deeply committed to serving the community he grew up in. He lives in the area with his wife and daughter and enjoys staying active and supporting Colorado sports teams. Chris has owned and operated Touching Hearts at Home since 2011, overseeing offices in both Westminster and Fort Collins. His journey into home care began with his family’s personal experience caring for his grandfather, who had Alzheimer’s. This firsthand experience sparked a lifelong dedication to helping families navigate aging and caregiving. Chris is passionate about enabling people to age safely and comfortably at home, while giving families peace of mind and support.

Victoria Quinones, Executive Director

In her free time, she enjoys skiing, baking, reading, live music, and outdoor adventures with her husband, dog, and two cats. With a degree in Gerontology, Victoria began her career in 2014 as an in-home caregiver. Her passion for working with individuals with cognitive impairments deepened during her time in Skilled Nursing and Memory Care after moving to Colorado. Victoria believes strongly in the power of 1:1 care to help individuals age in place successfully. Her role allows her to build trust with clients, advocate on their behalf, and ensure care is delivered with both personal and social connection. As a Care Manager, she is committed to ongoing education and growth to better serve those in need.

Masha Kozhushko, HR Director

Masha transitioned into home care after a career in hospitality and is currently pursuing a Sociology degree at Metropolitan State. She was drawn to the field by the opportunity to help older adults remain in their homes. Masha values the importance of human connection and believes compassionate care makes a lasting difference. Her deep appreciation for caregivers and the work they do informs her approach to HR leadership.

He brings empathy and intention to his role, making meaningful connections that honor those who came before him.

Becky Kattner, After-hours Coordinator

A devoted mother of four, Becky Kattner spent 15 years in banking before pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse. Balancing nursing school with motherhood, she successfully transitioned to a healthcare career that spanned over three decades, including roles in OB/GYN, long-term care, and assisted living. Becky joined Touching Hearts at Home in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. Though her current position involves handling after-hours calls, she builds lasting connections with seniors, their families, and caregivers, often without ever meeting them in person. Becky’s love for working with older adults shines through in her every interaction. She finds joy in hearing their stories and being a trusted resource during critical moments.
