\n\t\t\t\t\t\tYes we are! We are a certified provider for the VA and all veterans who are enrolled in the VA system. We are certified and authorized for Home Health Aide, Respite Care, and Homemaker Services. \n\t\t\t\t\t\tOur owner, Skip Ballard, has over 25 years of experience in working with older adults.\r\nHe is a licensed Social Worker and prior to opening this agency in 2013 worked in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living\/Memory Care, Home Health\/Hospice, and Long Term Care Insurance. \n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tYes we do! Our owner Skip Ballard is a licensed Social Worker and prior to owning Touching Hearts at Home, was a Claims Case Manager for a Long Term Care Insurance provider for 2 years. \n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tNo charge and initial consultation and assessment is complementary. The only fees our\r\nclient ever pays is the actual time that the caregiver is at their home. \n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tYes. We take our schedules one week at a time and adjust as needed along the way. Sometimes our clients start out at just a couple short visits per week but we can provide them more services as their needs change and we can provide up to 24\/7 Live-In care to help them remain safe and in their own home as long as possible. \n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t
