Terri White began her career in 1985 at Walt Disney World, where she served as a Lead inTransportation.  Her dedication and talent soon led her to Disney’s International Marketing division, where she played a key role in supporting regional offices around the globe from the Orlando headquarters.

In 1986, Terri took a bold step into entrepreneurship by founding her own production company. Through vision, persistence, and a creative edge, she successfully grew the company over the following years, establishing it as a respected player in the industry by 2000.

Following this success, Terri expanded her entrepreneurial pursuits by starting a home health agency, Touching Hearts, further demonstrating her versatility and commitment to serving diverse community needs.

Sonya Weathers is an experienced producer and business professional with a 15-year career at Disney in Film & Television, followed by 15 years as a freelance producer—allowing her more time at home with her children while continuing to pursue creative work. For the past 11 years, she has helped build and lead a successful home healthcare business with Touching Hearts, bringing creativity, leadership, and heart to every chapter of her career.

Cheryl Thomas has extensive experience in the hotel industry, specializing in customer service. Cheryl is passionate about ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships.  Since 2016, she has been bringing her passion for helping the elderly to Touching Hearts where she works as Administrator and Marketer, where she combines care and kindness to make a meaningful difference. Known for her friendly approach and attention to detail, Cheryl thrives in fast-paced environments and values teamwork and excellence.
