CHI Living Communities – St. Leonard: Bridges Event

  • Join us on the third Thursday of every month for this program. Caring for someone with dementia can be challenging — but you don’t have to do it alone. Bridges is a supportive training program that helps families better understand dementia and learn compassionate communication techniques to reduce frustration and strengthen connections.
